Our Leadership

Every week beginning the week of September 3rd we will review the 7 Habits. Each habit has meaning that can be applied at home or at school. Start from the bottom up. Habits 1-3 start with you. These are personal leadership skills. Habits 4-6 allow you to work with others. These are leadership skills that will help you lead others. Habit 7 is the habit of renewal. You are better when you remember to take care of your mind, body and soul.

7 Habits Overview - What is our mission? (Aug. 26-30th)

The 4 Discipline Mountain will be reviewed in 2019-20. Students will continue to strengthen their knowledge and ability to set and achieve goals. Our WIGS (Wildly Important Goals will be tracked weekly).

Discipline 4- Create a cadence of accountability- To whom am I accountable? Make commitments to report on progress and stay on track.

Discipline 3- Keep a compelling scoreboard- This is the GAME ON! switch. When you look at your goal tracker, you should know in 5 seconds or less if you are winning or losing.

Discipline 2- Act on the LEAD measures- What are the things that I can do daily to achieve my goal?

Discipline 1- Focus on the Wildly Important- I will go from X to Y by when.

Here at Prairie View Elementary, we believe...

Paradigms are the way we see things.

Can you change your paradigms to achieve more? How can you help your kids think differently about themselves?
