Cheryl Taylor Lemmons has been a professional musician and educator for more than two decades, having performed with vocalists and instrumentalists both student and professional. After 21 years as the collaborative pianist at Abilene Christian University she moved to the Metroplex to pursue free-lance playing and vocal coaching. While here she has worked with students at TCU, UTA and various high schools in the area. For the past 18 summers Lemmons has served as the coordinator of accompanying for the Lutheran Summer Music Academy, a month-long camp for gifted high school students from all over the country. She has been a guest artist with the Chicago Chorale Artists and has performed with saxaphonist, Matthew Sintchak, on Live from the Chazen, a concert that was live-broadcast on Wisconsin Public Radio.
