Greetings Families!
Our Bulldog Blitz has been an incredible success this year! Thank you to all of our families and students for supporting our fundraiser and the initiatives we want to achieve with the funds raised this year. We have just surpassed $50,000! This will allow us to purchase the updated tables, chairs and mobile shelving in our Library! I am excited to reimagine this space so that more students can utilize it at once and more collaboration across grade-levels can happen. As I mentioned in our kick-off information too, any funds that are not directly used for our Library initiative is put aside as "yes" money for our teachers. There are many expenses that come up throughout the year that we are able to provide for teachers that directly impact students. Some of those expenses include additional headphones for students, consumable supplies, replacing items that get broken, the list goes on! We appreciate all of your support! The Bulldog Blitz store will still be open for students that want to continue to raise funds and shop for any items they still have their heart set on!
We look forward to this Friday when our students get to race on our Bulldog Blitz obstacle course! It is such a fun day and the weather should be amazing!
Enjoy a great week!
Always True Blue,
Amanda Bunch

I can't believe we are already going into October. I have loved going into classrooms and talking about their stories. We talked about our character, feelings, likes and dislikes. When we know our "story" we are more self aware.
Next month we will discuss Our choices. We will celebrate Red ribbon week the week of October 23-27.
