Greetings Families!
Are you and your children ready for school to start? All staff will be returning next week and we will be ready to welcome 700 smiling faces on August 16th!
Please save the date for the upcoming events taking place, all listed below. There will always be a list of events for the upcoming month in each of my bi-weekly Monday emails. You can also keep up with us on Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram at Samuel Beck Elementary School. If you are interested, there are several parent pages and grade-level specific pages if you search. We have a wonderful community to connect with!
For those of you that like to plan ahead, please review the tab "The First Days of School" to find out about drop-off and pick-up on the first days of school. You are welcome to walk your student to class the first day and get that First-Day-of-School pic with you student's teacher for your album! Also, below is a list of ALL events that happen at Beck throughout the fall semester. We stick closely to those dates, it is pretty safe to mark your calendars!
This is all for now~
Enjoy the last few weeks of summer!
Always True Blue,
Amanda Bunch

Megan Duffy! She has two amazing sons and has been a PTA member and volunteer for years now. She is a strong advocate for all partnerships she can help build with our community and families. Learn more about the amazing things our PTA does at the link below.
Hear a short message from Mrs. Bunch about our amazing PTA and why you should consider joining. Spoiler, there are some myths dispelled!
Join us from 3:15-3:45 out on the playground to let your student play with their friends and meet other families. This is a great time to connect with the parents and guardians of the friends your child has been chatting about. Students and parents will wear name tags to identify them and which class they are in. We look forward to helping connect families and friends in this new tradition!
