<Meniscus Injury and Rehabilitation>

Hi, thanks for checking out my page.

My project is all about meniscus injuries and rehabilitation exercises.

I have got meniscus injury as I played volleyball without having a proper warmup exercise for avoiding injuries. By learning from my personal experience, I have made an educational video with rehabilitation exercises for avoiding meniscus injury!

I have made a 3D model of a knee for more clear explanations. The explanations are made with the model for everyone can understand!
