"Fashion shouldn't cost the Earth" - Environmental Audit Committee

Hello!

For my personal project I have connected fashion with sustainability. As the fashion industry expands by us people we forget where our resources comes from. Fashion is a way to express our ideas, using my interest in fashion I have linked it to sustainability, by creating clothes out of recycled materials to provoke ideas of repurposing and revaluing. The pieces created are intended to show how we can be more perceptive with how we use our resources. As resources become more and more vulnerable, we underestimate the things we can create with those resources. Sustainability is a goal people are trying to incorporate into everyday life, through many different ways. I have decided to provoke the idea of repurposing and sustainability by creating clothes that can be used in editorial fashion shoots.
