Shades of Blue

Hi,
My personal project contains a pair of customized shoes, a collection of mini potteries, and paintings. All of them are mostly paint with blue color, that's why the project is titled as " shades of blue".
The idea of my personal project came from finding identity and culture exploration. I've always want to present Asian culture in a different perspective to others to see, also my own unique way of making art.

what is art?
People often think that art is some thing that has to be aesthetic pleasing. They are not wrong, yet it's more than that. A piece of art contains more that just the way it looks, more than its appearance. Therefore, only when you look deeply into it, you can read off something that lays beyond it. So is this project, they not just about the look but a presentation of identity and cultures.
