Go to API SETUP > NINJA VAN
3. Login to your Ninja Van Production Pro Account Dashboard
URL: https://dashboard.ninjavan.co/login-v2
4 Go to Settings > IT Settings
5. Go the API section
6. Copy the Production Client ID & Client Key
If the Client ID and Client Key is not present, kindly click on the "REGENERATE CLIENT ID & KEY" Button
7. Paste Client ID & Client Key into input
8. Turn "On" Status
9. Click on "Validate and Save"
10. Click on "Close"
The authorization will take usually around 1-3 working days
Note: the period may differ based on the number of authorization requests we received daily
We'll inform you through email once your account is ready to use the integration
You will get this email to your registered email address same as the login email on Ninjavan Dashboard.
Go to WebStorePro Dashboard
Go to Api Setup > Ninja Van
3. Copy webhook URL
4. Go to Ninja Van Dashboard > Settings > IT Settings
5. Click on "Add a Webhook"
6. Select an "Event"
7. Select "1.1" for version
8. Paste the webhook URL
9. Click "Add Another"
10. Repeat step 6 - 9 for all events.
After the customer paid, you may arrange shipment and update the tracking number accordingly. Go to A. My Orders > All Orders. Then, click Update Shipment to which order id you wish to update the tracking number.
2. Under Ninja Van section, click Submit to Ninja Van button.
3. The tracking number was successfully updated.
4. Click the Generate Waybill button to download Waybill and print it out.
NOTE: Kindly print out your sticker air waybill and stick it on the parcel.
