Things to Note

  • Min surcharge of RM 3 (before SST) for pickups of <3 parcels per trip
  • Delivery options: Standard, Express and Next day delivery
  • Max 30kg/300cm (total sum of dimensions)
  • One unique tracking id per parcel

Terms and Conditions

  • Each parcel comes with a standard liability of up to MYR 200.00.
  • Parcels shall be packaged according to Ninja Van's packaging guidelines. Items that are not appropriately packaged or labelled as such will be subject to relabelling and/or repackaging by Ninja Van at the shipper's cost. Ninja reserves the right to reject and/or decline to delivery any parcel that is not appropriately packaged or labelled.
  • Ninja will only acknowledge loss and damage claims that are submitted either within 30 days after the order was created or within 7 days after successful delivery of the Parcel.
  • Our system works best with Google Chrome.
