The authorization will take usually around 1 - 3 working days
Note: the period may differ based on the number of authorization requests we received daily

You will get this email to your registered email address same as the login email on Ninjavan Dashboard.
1. Login to your Ninja Van Production Pro Account Dashboard
2. Go to Settings > IT Settings
3. Go the the API section
4. Copy the Client ID, Client Key & API Key (Name)
If the Client ID and Client Key is not present, kindly click on the "REGENERATE CLIENT ID & KEY" Button
5. Login to your Website Admin Page
6. Go to Integration > Ninja Van
7. In the Module, click "Settings"
8. Paste the Production Client ID & Client Key
9. Type "BA" at Tracking Prefix
10. Tracking Suffix is optional (you may leave it blank)
11. Tick all options except "Sandbox"
12. Click "SAVE"
1. Login to your Website Admin Page
2. Go to Integration > Ninja Van
3. Copy the URL from "Ninja Van Webhook" under Other Information
4. Go back to Production Ninja Van Dashboard

5. Go to Settings > IT Settings > Webhooks
6. On the Webhook section click "Add a Webhook"
7. Insert these details:
Event: Pending Pickup
Version: 1.1
URL Endpoint: <Paste the Copied URL Endpoint>
8. Repeat step #7 for this Event:
Successfull Delivery
Returned to Sender
9. The Webhook Events are mapped to these BOSS Status:
Pending Pickup = Pending
Succesful Delivery = Completed
Returned to Sender = Returned
1. Login to your Website Admin Page
2. Creating a Manual order
3. Choose Ninja Van as a shipping method > Submit your order
4. Go to Orders > New
5. Select the Orders you want to Approve
6. Go to Orders > Pending Orders
7. Select the orders you want to Push to Ninjavan
8. Click "Push To Ninja Van" red button
9. Click Push Now
10. Go to Orders > Pending/Pending COD
11. If the order has been successfully created, your order page will:
Display Tracking Numbers in the Ninja Van Column
Order Status change to "Pending/Pending COD" (May requires Refresh)
1. Login to your Website Admin Page
2. Go to Orders > Pending/Pending COD
3. Select the Orders you want to Print Ninja Van Waybills
4. Click "Ninja Van Bulk AWB" purple button
5. Generated Waybills will be downloaded
6. Open the file to Print the Waybills
