9th grade grades count towards college! Don't wait till after Swiss Semester to pull it together.
How has Nightingale educated both your heart and mind?
I have received an excellent educational foundation from Nightingale that will help carry me through college and the rest of my life. I am so thankful for all my teachers and the relationships I have formed with them. Their support in wanting to see me succeed means everything.
Favorite quote/personal motto:
"I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination."
Your message to the Nightingale Class of 2020:
Even though senior spring didn't go as planned, we have so much to be thankful for. Our health and all the amazing opportunities that will come to us this fall as we begin our new lives.
Any final, parting words?
Nightingale not only taught me how to be a curious, engaged, and hardworking student, but it also showed what it means to be a part of such a close-knit and generous community. At Nightingale, both teachers and students go far beyond what is required of them. I know that if I was having a hard day that there was a line of people ready to support me in whatever way I may have needed. And it is that loyalty and love that has been at the center of my Nightingale experience.
Any final, parting words?
Nightingale taught me how to use my voice, a gift that will propel me through my life. The relationships and lessons I have gained shaped me into the woman I am today. I am forever grateful for my four years inside the blue doors.
