2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานข้อมูล

• ใช้สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนและเวลาทำงานของพนักงาน
  
  

• ใช้เพื่อจัดทำรายงานด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล (HR)
  
  

• ใช้เพื่อความถูกต้องและโปร่งใสในการจัดการเวลาเข้า–ออกงาน
  
  

3. การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

• ข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย
