Hello! I'm Harleen.I am an interaction designer, drawing my design philosophy from diverse experiences across various scales of projects. I see design as choreographed user flows, enriching the subject-user relationship much like spatial experiences, influenced by my background in architecture. It's here where I first practised crafting user-centric, memorable design experiences. Through methodical experiences in brand building, spanning retail and graphic design, I grasped the power of merging technology, design, and business to fuse form, function, and brand growth seamlessly. My time at T-Works Foundation, a Telangana government initiative, not only imparted project ownership but also highlighted that 'human error is a systems problem,' showing the importance of thoughtful design in addressing complex issues where design acts as an invisible thread tying various functions together. 
‘Design is not just a solution to a problem but a way of resolving it’—this quote has shaped my perspective on design, infusing delight into a product's journey. Concept-building and behavioural research excite me, and I embrace a systems-thinking approach that resonates with users personally.
