To create a coherent, consistent flexible system for recent government sector Indian retirees by keeping them informed of the processes and legalities.
The pension system was studied through central and state portals and applications. 20 pensioners, their caretakers, retirement planners, and DDO Pension Officers were interviewed.
Semi-structured interviewing was found suitable method for the study due to its open-ended nature.

The application is a village simulation game. Tablets are chosen as the preferred platform for the application since it is easy to handle by kids

The player has to go around the town asking for grains and help paint the lattice for whoever offers.

The design research includes Heuristic evaluation, field study cognitive task analysis, card sorting, etc. It helped to analyze the usability of the Seva Sindhu portal to identify the existing pain points.
