What is a Nerf War?

A Nerf war is any type of battle between two or more players, typically in teams, where the goal is to defeat the other team in a game of points or resources. There are many ways to play, and we will have a couple options to choose from at that time.

We have Nerf Bullets, so no need to bring your own. If you have any nerf guns you wish to bring, feel free to do so. We will have a few on hand to loan out. Only NERF guns are allowed!

Please come on time to go over rules, and determine game type and teams.

2022 Wellness Calendar Photography Contest!

Calling all photographers and want-to-be photographers! WE KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE.

Submit up to 2 original photos to be entered into a college-wide calendar contest. Submit your photo between Sept. 13 - Oct. 1, college-wide voting on the photos will take place online between Oct. 4 and Oct 13.

The 12 photos with the most votes will be placed into the annual employee wellness calendar. There will be a chance to secure your order online starting mid-November. The calendars will be available late November/December. Proceeds from the calendar sales will support the Kathy Davis Memorial Student Crisis Fund.

We are seeking photos of landscapes and close ups. Please also think about representing seasonality in your photos. Think about digging out your best spring, summer, fall and winter photos! Although, they make beautiful subjects, please don't include people in your photos.

Questions and discussion are both welcome and encouraged. Hosted by Western Iowa Tech Community College and open to students from all colleges across the state.
