International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration that began on September 15, 2009. K/1 students read the book "The Dot "by Peter H. Reynolds and were inspired to "make their mark" by designing a dot of their own. Students then used the Quiver app on an iPad to turn their two-dimensional dot into an interactive 3 dimensional sphere!
