Ashley Simonelli, MSA

AIG Specialist

I am so excited to work with the talented students at Wrightsboro Elementary!  This is my 17th year in education.  I am a University of Chapel Hill graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and an East Carolina graduate with a Masters in School Administration and Curriculum & Instruction. I have taught middle and high school mathematics and have served as an Elementary and High School Assistant Principal.  For the last six years, I was a district Curriculum Coordinator for the Exceptional Children's program.  When I'm not working, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, two sons, and my dogs Krull and Peppa.  I love to read on the beach, eat buttery popcorn at the movie theater, or go for a bike ride.  Cheers!
