I have been a teacher for 17 years and most of that time I have taught first grade.  I have also taught 2nd, 5th and Pre-K.  I have a Master’s Degree in Reading Education and I love teaching students to read!  

I am married and have a son that is 21 and a daughter that is 19.   We also have a 2 year old Cocker Spaniel named Jasper.  In my spare time I love to read and travel with my family.
