Advisory Council for Exceptional Students 

 Community and schools coming together to increase awareness concerning children with special needs and their families.

WHO WE ARE

The council is comprised of stake holders from New Hanover County Schools and the Wilmington, NC community. This includes parents of children with disabilities, special education teachers, building administrators, related service providers, representatives from community service agencies, and retired educators.
