Founded in 2000, Nha Dat Co Ltd was the creator of some of the most exciting and innovative developments of the real estate market in Vietnam:

nhadat.com, the first web portal for the real estate in Vietnam, launched in 19 May 2000.
DTM Real Estate ("nhà đất ĐÔ THỊ MỚI", in Vietnamese), once the largest network of property agents in Vietnam. In 2001 till 2007 we had 14 offices in Ha Noi, Da Nang, Can Tho, and Ho Chi Minh City, employing about 150 agents, selling from 6,000 to 8,000 units a year.

We are currently a home developer which focuses on building condos and townhouses. Staying true to our innovative tradition, we introduce new features in our new projects, something that the market will be excited to have, and that the clients will come to realise with pleasant surprise when we deliver.

Built in 2011, Galleria Nam Sài Gòn (formerly known as "The Headquarters") is a high-end street-front development that tells a lot about the way we develop sites: "Build with a lifestyle of the future in mind"

Our team was in charge from the conceptualisation to construction. We worked with Codinachs Architects from Barcelona and managed tendering, supervision to completion.

We carry the philosophy to our following developments, even when we build for lower end markets, with determination and pride.

Gated Cluster housing

We brought gated communities to the Chinatown of Ho Chi Minh City and elsewhere.

Condominiums

We have built condos with amenities not just for 1 generation of residents. We cater for 3 generations.

house Models

We have been systematically devising house models that suits our targeted markets: houses that cost as little as VND1.4 billion or as high as 6 billion, houses that are as narrow as 3.2m or as wide as 6m.
