Build a 650-point army using the current Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game rules and supplements released before September 25, 2026.
Permitted sources include Armies of The Hobbit (December 2024), Armies of The Lord of the Rings (December 2025), Armies of Middle-earth (June 2025), and the Good and Evil lists in the Legacies of Middle-earth PDF.
Army lists must follow the December 2024 MESBG Rulebook. Any Games Workshop publication containing MESBG profiles is permitted. No models are banned.

MAJOR WIN 6 TP Win by at least 6 VP and score at least twice the opponent's VP
MINOR WIN 5 TP Win by fewer than 6 VP
DRAW 2 TP Equal VP
MINOR LOSS 1 TP Lose by fewer than 6 VP
MAJOR LOSS 0 TP Lose by at least 6 VP and score no more than half the opponent's VP
Each round uses the scenario pool listed above. Both players roll a D6. The lower roller vetoes one of the four scenarios; the other player vetoes one of the remaining three. Roll between the final two scenarios to determine which one is played.

Games are timed. Play quickly and efficiently. Time warnings will be given with one hour and 30 minutes remaining; when Last Turn is announced, finish that turn and end the game.
If players cannot agree on a ruling, consult Tournament Organizer Jordan. The TO has final say and may consult other players before ruling.
Respect your opponent, make your intentions clear, and have fun. Pairings use Tabletop Admiral rankings; submit travel-party requests with your list for Round One consideration. Prizes are participation-based and awarded through raffle tickets.
