This week I've got a video of Israel Kamakawiwoʻole's 61st birthday celebration featuring his renowned version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" played on the ukulele and sung by him. Week of May 18-22

This week we have a beautiful operatic duet from the opera Lakmé by Léo Delibes. This is called the Flower Duet and is sung between two women, a soprano (high voice) and a mezzo (middle voice). Our listening this week is going to be a little different. I have chosen two videos of Steve Martin playing Bluegrass music on the banjo!
