Lauren Smith

Lauren is a film and photography production specialist with extensive hands-on experience across shoots, studio environments and creative projects. As Studio Manager, she draws on her background in coordinating productions, supporting on-set teams, managing equipment and workflows. 

Harpreet Gahir

Harpreet is a Technical Operations Manager supporting the delivery and scaling of technical workflows across the programme. He previously worked in technical operations at IMG Studios and Sky TV across live sports, news and entertainment productions, including the Premier League, Champions League and the Oscars.

Neil Smith

Neil is a Senior Technician. His previous roles were in video production, post-production, graphics and interactivity and his MA is in screenwriting. He has worked in the field of XR and game design, using Unreal Engine, and is now part of the CoSTAR team with interests in 3D capture and manipulation and AI.

Destiny Lawrence

Destiny completed her BA in Digital Media Culture and Technology at Royal Holloway University in 2022. During her third year, she was a Student Ambassador at StoryFutures. She is currently working as a Studio Technician / Coordinator.
