Welcome to Storage Cleaner, a mobile application developed and operated by NextStack LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storage Cleaner mobile application (“App”) on Android and iOS devices.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Storage Cleaner helps users identify and manage duplicate photos, videos, screenshots, and contacts on their device.

The App analyzes data locally on the user’s device and does not upload personal content to external servers.

1.1 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing all files and contacts before confirming deletion or merging.
  
  

• We are not responsible for any files, media, or contacts deleted, modified, or lost as a result of your actions.
  
  

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  
  

1.2 License

NextStack LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

2.1 In-App Purchases

Some features of Storage Cleaner are available only through a paid subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.

2.3 Refunds

All payments and refund requests are managed by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective policies.

We cannot process refunds directly.

3. Advertising

The free version of Storage Cleaner may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob or similar services.

Advertising content is controlled by the ad provider and may be personalized based on your device settings and preferences.

4. Quick Clean and Automated Actions

The App includes a Quick Clean feature that automatically removes duplicate photos and videos, keeping the best-quality versions, and merges duplicate contacts.

5. Data Handling

Storage Cleaner performs all analysis locally on your device.

We do not upload or store your personal photos, videos, or contacts on any server.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextStack LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, photos, videos, contacts, or other content;
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App;
  
  

• Any issues caused by user error, device malfunction, or third-party software.
  
  

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including its content, design, and functionality, are owned by NextStack LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yerevan, Armenia.
