Turning toward peace, one chapter at a time.
At Next Chapter Therapy Services PLLC, we specialize in providing compassionate and personalized individual therapy for children, teens, adolescents, young adults, parents-to-be, and new and seasoned parents. Our experienced therapists are dedicated to using evidence-based therapy to help each client navigate life’s challenges, develop new strategies, and foster emotional growth in a supportive environment.
Every child and teen deserves a space to feel heard, supported, and accepted. Individual therapy provides that safe place — to process emotions, reduce stress, and learn healthy ways to manage life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, sadness, attention struggles, or emotional ups and downs. Together, we focus on building confidence, resilience, and the tools needed to create positive change in everyday life.
Parenthood can bring joy, exhaustion, and everything in between. Whether you’re adjusting to new roles, managing stress, or working through feelings of anxiety or burnout, therapy offers space to reflect, reset, and reconnect. Together, we’ll work toward balance, self-compassion, and stronger relationships at home and beyond.
Healthy relationships are built on communication, understanding, and trust. Family and couples therapy provides a supportive environment to strengthen connection, resolve conflict, and navigate life’s ups and downs together. Every relationship faces challenges and therapy can help you grow through them with more clarity and compassion.

What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is focused on building rapport and getting to know one another. We’ll discuss current concerns, history, and goals for therapy. For younger children, this may involve play-based activities alongside caregiver input.
How involved are parents in therapy?
For clients under 18, parents play a vital role in the therapeutic process. We provide regular updates, parenting strategies, and collaboration so you can support your child’s progress between sessions.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
All therapy for children and adolescents is conducted in person to support effective engagement and developmentally appropriate treatment. Virtual sessions may be available for parent meetings. Virtual sessions are available for clients 18 years and older.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, United Healthcare, and Priority Health. We are also happy to provide a superbill upon request to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed invoice that clients can submit to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement of out-of-network therapy costs.
What if we’re in crisis or need immediate help?
If you or your child is experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. I am not available for emergency services.
