My name is Jared Hansberry and I have been teaching at New Vision since 2021, and have been teaching since 2005. Our goal in Physical Education is give the a want to be physical active for a lifetime. This is done by teaching multiple sports, both traditional and non-traditional games. In 6-8 grade, not only will student learn skills to play games, as well as history and important dates about the sports. 

Middle school will also have a 2 week health unit each semester.

I am also the director of the New Vision Characters, prior to coming to New Vision I was a High School Theatre Director for 10 years, and am so excited to bring theatre to the students of New Vision.

When not in school I spend time with my wife and awesome 4 kids. I am also very active in scouting, where I have been a member since I 6 years old, and even ran scout camps for 9 years.
