Finish up work for Term 1 if not done, particularly the Brain Pop quizzes - Subject/Predicate, Mood/Tone, Literary Elements.

NOV. 19

1. Finish the Run-On exercises - adding editing marks to run-on's.

2. Complete the Brain Pop for Run-On's - video, notes, quiz - by Friday, Nov. 22.

3. Complete the Figurative Language packet by Monday, Nov. 25.

NOV. 18

1. Complete Brain Pop Run-Ons work by Friday, Nov. 22 (video, notes, quiz).

2. Check your Brain Pop account to see if you have completed the quizzes for Literary Genre, Subject/Predicate, and Mood/Tone. To check your account, log in, click on DASHBOARD at the top, and click on TIMELINE to see what you have completed.

NOV. 15

1. Complete the BRAIN POP RUN-ONs video, notes, and quiz by Friday, Nov. 22.

2. Check your Brain Pop account to make sure you have a quiz score for Literary Elements, Subject/Predicate, and Mood and Tone. First term ends the first week of December, and these three Brain Pop quiz grades will be factored into your grade. Remember, you can retake the quiz as many times as you want - aim for at least 80%!.
