A Message about Sports Physicals for the 2023-2024 School Year:

UPMC will be offering PIAA sports physicals again this year in the high school gyms on Monday, June 5th, from 9 AM - 12:00 PM. These physicals will be good for the entire year; fall, winter, and spring sporting seasons. I will attach a sign up link below that your athletes can use to sign up. If you could please disperse this email amongst your teams that would be greatly appreciated! Some important details for parents and students:

To schedule a physical, please sign up on the sign up sheet link and report during your time block you selected.
In order to receive a physical, athletes will need a completed and signed PIAA physical from sections 1-6 and 10$ cash.

Remember- You need a physical to participate in school-sponsored field hockey or any other school-sponsored sport, every school year.

Athletes who can't wait to come to practice to work hard, listen, push themselves, encourage their teammates

and take pride in their preparation add so much value to the team. They are fun to coach and great teammates.

Parents who raise those kinds of kids are equally valuable to the team culture and the experience for the athletes.
