About me

Growing up in New Paltz has afforded me the opportunity to make deep connections with families and the community. Along with my background in Early Childhood and Special Education, I have experience working with English language learners. I have a love for languages and minored in Hispanic Studies in college.  Also, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain and at the Institute of Language Immersion.  Teaching at Duzine has allowed me to pursue my passion for early childhood education. As a literacy specialist, I am trained in The Science of Reading and The Orton-Gillingham Approach.  I am excited to work with your family.
