What is it? Screencastify is an easy-to-use web-based video editor that allows you to create webcam videos or screencasts (recordings of your screen with audio).

How do I use it? You have the Screencastify extension installed next to your address bar, you can click on that to get started - make sure to login with your school Google account.  Please view the following video tutorials to help you get started as well:

HELP!

Start by clicking the Screencastify extension and completing the login steps if you are not logged in or logout (click on the 3 bars menu on the left) and log back in.  If you have viewed the tutorials and gone to the Screencastify Help Center and you are still unable to use Screencastify or something is not working, please email Mrs. Kovalaske for help.  Please include any screenshots of the issues in your email. 

Reminder

Screencastify is an educational tool and anything you create and share should be for educational purposes and under the direction of a teacher.  Please use good digital citizenship by citing any images or videos that you are using in your videos that you did not create and don't share personal information like your last name, address or phone number.
