Communicator

Articulates ideas purposely using verbal, non-verbal, and written communication through a variety of methods to understand and influence diverse audiences

Leader

Act responsibly and ethically to build trust and lead while promoting individual strengths. Honoring diverse perspectives through assigning collective responsibility to effectively accomplish a common goal.

Problem Solver

Problem solving, analytical - Collect and evaluate relevant and reliable information to identify problems in a variety of contexts. Collaborate with others to develop impactful solutions.

Innovator

(Creative) - Take risks, explore multiple possibilities, and seek to continually improve processes and products. Deliberate through a design process to improve, analyze, and evaluate problems and act on creative ideas.


Contributor
