Leader

Problem Solver

Problem solving, analytical - Collect and evaluate relevant and reliable information to identify problems in a variety of contexts. Collaborate with others to develop impactful solutions.

Innovator

(Creative) - Take risks, explore multiple possibilities, and seek to continually improve processes and products. Deliberate through a design process to improve, analyze, and evaluate problems and act on creative ideas.

Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect into research and understand others’ perspectives and experiences in order to relate and contribute to the local and global community
