TMCC-NFA Bylaws

Bylaws for the TMCC Chapter of the Nevada Faculty Alliance were written in May 1992, and following ratification by a majority of the faculty, approved by the Board of Regents in November 1992. The document incorporates standards established by both the Nevada Faculty Alliance and the American Association of University Professors. An ad hoc committee is currently reviewing the bylaws and will recommend revisions for members of the Chapter to consider before the end of the 2022-23 academic year. Comments are welcome below.
