Professor is serving as general chair of IEEE DySPAN 2018 (Dynamic Spectrum Access and Networks), and general chair of IEEE WCNC 2020 (Wireless Communication and Networking Conference).

DySPAN was founded over ten years ago to promote multi-disciplinary discussion of emerging spectrum access technologies. Although a lot has been discussed over those ten years, there is certainly no shortage of issues to tackle. They look forward to robust discussions at this DySPAN to help move DSA and other sharing technologies into the mainstream of public policy.

IEEE WCNC is the only IEEE conference focused exclusively on wireless research, technology, and applications. It brings together thought leaders from industry, academia, government agencies and other institutions to exchange information and ideas on advancing the state-of-the-art in wireless communications and networking.
