Bikes
The Vine Studios bike room is accessible via fob on P1, in close proximity to the entry driveway. Walk up the ramp and use your fob to open the door to the secured bike room. Within the bike room are bike racks and maintenance tools, restrooms, water, and a bike pump; restrooms, shower amenities and towel service are also available.

Carpool/Vanpool
Connect with colleagues to form carpools! For larger groups, Netflix has partnered with Commute @ Enterprise to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for shared vanpooling.
Carpool: Enter your commute information on ETA @ Netflix transportation platform to get matched with other colleagues in your area and form carpools based on your group schedule & preferences.
Vanpool: A vanpool consists of 5 colleagues who want to share a commute and rather not use their personal vehicles. Vanpool groups receive a WiFi-equipped van or SUV through Commute with Enterprise. Vanpool groups choose their meeting location(s) and have the option to alternate drivers during the week. This is a flexible way to save money, increase productivity and have a more enjoyable commute.

Electric Vehicles
Workers with Electric or Hybrid vehicles are welcome to receive complimentary charging in the parking area when driving to and from work (subject to station availability). There are PowerFlex chargers found on the Basement level of the garage. Turn left upon entering the garage, and follow the sign marked “EV Charging.”
If you have not updated your electric vehicle information (license plate, color, make, etc.) on the ETA @ Netflix platform, please do so. You can replace or add to your vehicle information by clicking on your name at the top right corner of the platform > edit profile > my vehicles.
All chargers are self-service. Just pull up to any available unit, review the instructions outlined below, and fuel while you work!

Parking
The drive-on entry to the Vine Studios garage is located at 808 Lillian Way. All levels of the parking garage are available to workers. EV charging is located on the basement level of the garage.
Parking Placard
To streamline the garage access process, Vine Studios-based workers who drive to work regularly need to request a parking placard on the ETA @ Netflix platform. On the dashboard, select “New Parking Placard” under available requests and follow the provided instructions. This placard will result in a “hands-free” user experience, with the gate arms opening automatically as your vehicle approaches the entrance and exit.

There is no overnight parking allowed at the Vine Studios garage.

Day Parking Pass
Vine Studios workers who typically work from home, walk, bike, or take another mode of transportation besides driving do not need a parking placard. For days that they need to drive to work, please use our ETA @ Netflix platform to request an “Employee Day Parking Pass” for access into the parking garage. This will guide them to create an invite in Envoy, and a confirmation email which includes parking instructions will be sent to the worker.
Visitor Parking Pass
For external visitors or vendors needing to park at the Vine Studios garage for the day, a visitor pass can be requested via the ETA @ Netflix platform, by clicking on “LA Visitor Pass” and choosing Vine Studios garage. This will guide them to create an invite in Envoy, which will have instructions on how to park.
Parking Operations
Stacked parking operations will be implemented during peak occupancy in order to maximize the space within the garage. Please make sure to follow parking attendant instructions, as well as the following:
If you are leaving for the day and your vehicle is blocked by another vehicle, please notify the nearest parking attendant.
If you are blocking another vehicle, please make sure to always leave your keys with the nearest parking attendant before entering the building. You will receive a ticket identifying your vehicle and its location.
Parking attendants will be posted on each floor between 9:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday – Friday.
To retrieve keys before 6:00 PM: If you left your keys with an attendant, they will be available with the attendant stationed nearest to your vehicle.
To retrieve keys after 6:00 PM: Please visit Security at the front lobby desk.
Important: make sure to keep your ticket stub on you until you have retrieved your keys and vehicle.
Pedestrians
Pedestrians can enter Vine Studios in one of three ways:
Via the main entrance at 817 Vine St
Via the main entrance at 827 Vine St
Via the parking garage at 808 Lillian Way
For after hours entry, workers are welcome to enter the building using their fob.

Public Transportation
Netflix workers based out of Los Angeles are eligible to request a complimentary LA Metro transit pass (E-Pass TAP card). An E-Pass TAP card can be requested by completing the following LA Metro form. As part of the E-Pass program, LA Metro collects demographic information that is not shared with Netflix.
E-Pass TAP cards are valid on the following transit agency systems: Culver City, Gardena, LADOT DASH, LA Metro (bus and rail), Micro Transit, Norwalk, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Torrance, Foothill Transit (Silver Streak Only). For context, the passes are pay-per-use by Netflix and you must tap the physical card to ride. Once you receive the E-Pass TAP card, it is ready to use! Vine Studios is well served by public transportation:
The nearest Metro Rail stations are the B Line stops at Hollywood/Western and Hollywood/Vine.
The B Line travels from North Hollywood to Union Station and links with the A and D Lines.
The following bus lines are within walking distance of the office: 2, 180, 181, 217, and the DASH Hollywood.
You may request an On Demand shuttle to/from Hollywood/Vine B Line station during the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Download TripShot to request an On Demand shuttle. The stop location is 6200 Hollywood Blvd in front of the El Centro Apartments Leasing Office.

Netflix commuter shuttles are offered from designated locations throughout the LA area to get you to/from our Hollywood offices.
Commuter shuttles operate from the Bronson Depot transportation hub and Netflix on Vine (NOV). No reservation or sign up is required, but before you ride please:

On Demand
TripShot On Demand shuttles allow you to select your pick-up and drop-off location at a time that works for your schedule! They are an efficient way to travel between Netflix offices in Hollywood.
On Demand Shuttles are available to all workers from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Use the TripShot app on your phone or the On Demand kiosks in the office lobbies to request a shuttle in the moment or schedule your ride up to 1 hour in advance.

WeDriveU is the shuttle provider for Netflix Hollywood and can provide internal Netflix teams with a quote for charter requests in the Los Angeles / Southern California area. This includes discounted rates when utilizing a vehicle in the existing shuttle fleet, provided that the charter does not impact commuter shuttle operations (T-Th).
