The Netcong School Mental Health Team has developed this website to help students, families, and staff find strategies and utilize coping tools for managing their emotions and building resilience during this unprecedented time.

You may have feelings of fear, worry, anger, frustration, confusion, or loneliness. You may be feeling grateful, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. Strong emotions may come on slowly or all at once.

Remember that all feelings are normal & you can always find help.
