Video Suggestions
Videos should be between 1 – 2 minutes
Turn the camera or phone so the frame is HORIZONTAL.
Clean the lens with a soft cloth (especially for smart phones)
Record your video in a quiet room.
Do not stand in front of a window or other bright light source. The main source of lighting should be in front of you, behind the camera. Placing a table lamp next to the camera will help soften shadows from overhead lighting.
Place the camera / phone 3-4 feet away when recording.
Wait a few seconds before speaking.
Look into the camera and speak clearly.
Introduce yourself at the start of the video.
