Tips #1: Restart the iPad
Press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off
To turn your device back on, press and hold the top button until you see the Apple logo.

Tip #2: Reinstall the App from Self Service
If an App is not responding, you may need to delete it. Select the App that is not working, press and hold till you see the "X" and it shakes, press the "X" to delete it. Select the Icon shown, to access the Self Service App Store and select the App to re-install.

All apps in Self Service are FREE to download.
No Apple ID or password is required.
All apps have been reviewed for data privacy and security.

Tip #3: Clear the Safari Cache
Clearning the cache in Safari can improve website settings or any incorrectly stored information.
How to clear cache in Safari on an iPad
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap Safari
Scroll down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm.
Tip #4: Don't know or forgot my Student Login
All Neshaminy students have a username, password and Google Apps email address. Students use this information to securely access many educational resources for learning.

Tip #5: Device Restart
A device restart can happen depending on IOS version not compatible to an application. If the device should need to restart, it may take you to a fresh wipe of the device if that has been initiated from IT. Please see the screen below and follow the setup. It will place the device back to its original state with the APPS that you need to use for your student. You may require to download from the Self Service if they do not all appear.
