Mrs. Campana

My name is Michelle Campana. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education K-12 and Elementary Education 1-8. I have a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College. This is my 21st year of teaching as an Intervention Specialist at Lakeview Elementary. I live in Howland with my husband and our two daughters.

Miss Haring

My name is Shannon Haring and I am currently working as an Intervention Specialist here at Lakeview Local Schools. This is my twelfth year teaching for the district. I graduated from Kent State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and in 2010 with a Master’s Degree in Reading Specialization. I began my teaching career here at Lakeview in the fall of 2006 and have loved every minute of teaching here.

Mrs. Faatz

I have been teaching for 23 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and completed my special education coursework through Notre Dame College in Cleveland. In addition to my years teaching at Lakeview, I have taught at Auburn Community School District in Auburn, Illinois, Grand Valley Local Schools, and Buckeye Local Schools.

My husband is a teacher at Joseph Badger Local schools. We have two children, Ethan and Hannah. We enjoy watching them in all of their extra curricular activities including XC, volleyball, basketball, and track. In my free time, I love to read.

Miss Pishotti

My name is Taylor Pishotti and I am an Intervention Specialist at Lakeview Elementary School. I have worked in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade classrooms and I enjoy every minute of it. I graduated from Lakeview myself in 2009. I completed my undergraduate degree at Youngstown State University in 2014 and my master's degree in 2016 at Capella University.

While my main purpose in the classroom is to support students with disabilities, that is not my only responsibility within the regular education classroom. In the regular education classroom I co-teach with the general education teacher which includes teaching lessons, assessments, grading, working with small groups, and assisting students.

I am fortunate enough to work with a great team of teachers here at Lakeview Elementary School and I look forward to seeing children grow throughout the school year. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your child.

I have been the speech-language pathologist at Lakeview Elementary since 2014. I have a passion for helping others and love watching my students grow and develop every year! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and playing volleyball. I live in Cortland with my husband, George, and our four wonderful children: Jordan, Ethan, Brady, & Grant.
