How frequently do we get paid? 

We are paid on a semi-monthly basis on the 15th and the last day of the month. Your total hours for full-time employees will be 86.67 hours, and for part-time employees (20 hours/week) will be 43.33 hours.

How do I update my personal information in Rippling?

Your personal information can be updated by going to the Personal Information section of your profile. 

How can I change my direct deposit info? 

You can update your direct deposit info directly in Rippling. Under your profile, go to "My Pay" and "Bank Accounts". From there you will be able to add or update your direct deposit information.

Do I need to complete my federal and provincial tax forms? 

Yes, all new hires must submit a federal and provincial tax form in Rippling. Failure to do so can result in incorrect tax deductions from your pay. 

What are my T4s for? 

If you are employed by a Canadian company, you’ll receive a T4 slip. You will need to use it to file your taxes. The business you work for will also send a copy of the T4 slip to the Canadian Revenue Agency, or CRA.
