A process for review, editing, approval, and submission was developed wherein the Committee for Instructional Materials Production (2020 - 2021) issues the Certificate of Approval of Learning Module Utilization and Printing.
Modules and laboratory manuals in the major subjects of the BSMB Program were developed by the faculty, reviewed by the committee, and consequently edited/enhanced based on the comments.

13.) The BS Marine Biology Program must formulate Extension Agenda for the period 2023-2028 to be properly participated by the various stakeholders and to be approved by the higher authorities of the university. Consider the following in the preparation of extension program and projects;
a) Identify a viable extension Project that is specific through a need assessment survey among your target clientele;
b) Prepare the extension project proposal which contain but not limited to the title, faculty members involved, objectives, project implementation, budget allocation, location, beneficiaries, duration, etc.
c) Submit the extension project proposal to the University for approval;
d) Upon approval, implement the extension project with the participation of other stakeholders like the faculty and staff members, students, and community;
e) Regular and strict monitoring and evaluation may be conducted to ensure the success of the extension project; and
f) Towards the end of its implementation, prepare a comprehensive assessment of the extension project for submission to AACUP.
The BS Marine Biology program aims to formulate a comprehensive Extension Agenda for the period 2024- 2028, ensuring active participation from various stakeholders and gaining approval from the University's higher authorities. This agenda will focus on addressing pertinent needs identified through thorough assessments and will entail meticulous planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation processes.

Following a thorough Training Needs Assessment (TNA), a comprehensive plan was developed to enhance the presentation and packaging strategies for extension and Community Involvement. The plan included targeted training sessions focusing on effective communication, graphic design principles, and packaging techniques, aimed at improving the skills of extension workers and community members. Monitoring and evaluation mechanisms were put in place to assess the impact of the improvements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and objectives. Documentation of the entire process was meticulously maintained for reference and continuous improvement, reflecting a commitment to accountability and transparency in advancing extension and community engagement efforts.

15.) Prepare a Five-Year Development Plan particularly on the establishment of linkages and collaboration for the BS Marine Biology program. The University must forge and sustain more linkages in instruction, research, and extension through MOA. The College must define the general and specific objectives for the external affairs and linkages.
