Active Learning: AI Carbon Footprint Calculation and Reduction Strategies 

Through teamwork and cross-disciplinary discussions, students brainstorm a series of innovative carbon reduction solutions on Padlet. They then use AI tools to help analyze carbon footprint data from the mango industry, organizing and deepening their proposed strategies, such as green packaging and smart farming. 

學生們透過團隊協作與跨域討論，在 Padlet 上共同發想出一系列創新的減碳方案。接著，他們將運用 AI 工具，協助分析芒果產業的碳足跡數據，並整理與深化他們所提出的減碳策略，例如綠色包裝、智慧農作等。 

Global Partnership: From Pingtung to the World Students not only designed carbon reduction strategies for the local mango industry but also set their sights on the global stage. We conducted multiple online exchanges with our partners from Japan. In these English-only conversations, students shared their cultures, discussed the SDG goals, and explored how to promote their carbon reduction strategies in different countries. This was not only a knowledge exchange but also an excellent opportunity to practice English speaking and cross-cultural communication skills. 

學生們不僅為在地芒果產業設計減碳策略，更將眼光放向國際。在課程中，我們與來自日本的夥伴進行了多次線上交流，透過全英文的對話，分享生活文化、討論 SDG 永續發展目標，並共同探討如何將減碳策略推廣至不同國家。這不僅是一場知識的交流，更是對學生英文表達能力與跨文化溝通技巧的絕佳訓練。 

International exchange is not limited to online sessions. When our international peers visited our school, we introduced them to the carbon reduction slogans designed by our students. This physical exchange not only deepened our friendship but also successfully conveyed the concept of carbon reduction to our international partners through engaging slogans. 

國際交流不僅限於線上。當國外學生實際到校參訪時，我們也向他們介紹了學生們設計的減碳標語。這場實體交流不僅深化了彼此的友誼，更成功地將減碳理念，透過活潑的標語傳遞給國際夥伴。 

Part 1: Cultural Exchange & Performances 

文化與友誼的碰撞

交流活動在熱情洋溢的文化表演中揭開序幕！我們與來自泰國 BSRU 的師生們，透過精彩的表演互相介紹彼此的文化。我們的學生也特別向泰國師生介紹台灣農曆新年的習俗，讓他們親手製作春聯，親身體驗台灣的節慶文化，現場氣氛充滿歡聲笑語。

Culture and Friendship Collide

The exchange event kicked off with a vibrant cultural performance! Our students and teachers from BSRU, Thailand, introduced their respective cultures through exciting performances. Our students also gave the Thai visitors a special introduction to Taiwanese Lunar New Year customs, letting them create their own spring couplets and experience our festive culture firsthand. The atmosphere was filled with joy and laughter.

Part 2: Course Content Sharing

知識與科技的跨國共創

這場交流的重頭戲，是雙方學生在「淨零碳排策略家」課程中的共同創作。我們的小小策略家們，與泰國 BSRU 的學生們分組合作，他們共同運用AI 工具與機電整合技術，並以「屏東芒果」為案例，一起設計能夠監測與分析碳排數據的解決方案。這場跨文化的共創不僅展現了學生的實作能力，更證明了科技是連結世界的共通語言。

Cross-Border Co-creation of Knowledge and Technology

The highlight of this exchange was the collaborative creation between students from both sides during our "Net-Zero Strategist" course. Our young strategists teamed up with students from BSRU, Thailand, to jointly utilize AI tools and mechatronics technology. Using "Pingtung Mango" as a case study, they worked together to design solutions for monitoring and analyzing carbon emission data. This cross-cultural co-creation not only showcased the students' practical skills but also proved that technology is a universal language that connects the world.

這次的交流不僅是知識的傳遞，更是友誼的建立。活動尾聲，雙方交換了精心準備的禮物，並留下珍貴的合影。這次成功的國際交流經驗，為我們未來的跨國協作打下了堅實的基礎，也激勵學生們持續在全球永續的道路上努力前行。

Building Sustainability, Looking to the Future

This exchange was not just about the transfer of knowledge, but also about building friendships. At the end of the event, both sides exchanged thoughtfully prepared gifts and took precious photos together. This successful international exchange has laid a solid foundation for our future cross-border collaborations and inspires our students to continue striving on the path of global sustainability.
