Dear Parents,
The new receipts for the PTA's Annual Fundraising Drive 2023 have been issued. Receipts numbered from 1120047 to 1121658 are now void. We will pass down the updated donation receipts to the homeroom teacher tomorrow. Please watch the documents your students bring home and check if you have received the correct receipt. 家長會收據回收換發QA

Q1: 請問我一定要繳回舊收據才能領新收據嗎？

A1: 是的，一筆捐款只能開立一張收據，因此要繳回舊收據才能開立同金額的新收據。

Q2: 請問我的收據已經丟棄/遺失，無法繳回怎麼辦？

A2: 若收據已丟棄/遺失，代表家長沒有列舉該捐款金額的需求，視同自行銷毀。

甫於三月底發下之家長會112學年度自由樂捐活動收據，因收據日期誤植，本會將回收銷毀，重新製發。敬請於113年4月22日星期一前，將收據裝入信封袋封口，交由導師轉交各部主任（或逕交至各部主任指定窗口）回收，本會將於113年4月底前完成新收據印製及發放。造成不便，敬請見諒！感謝您的合作與對本會及學校的支持。若您有任何疑問或建議，歡迎您來電或來信詢問家長會會務人員何秘書。

Dear Parents,

The dates printed on the donation receipts issued for the PTA's Annual Fundraising Drive 2023 were incorrect. Now, the PTA will recall and destroy previously issued receipts and issue new ones. Please place the receipts in sealed envelopes and hand them to the dean, Ms. Karen Pingchun Wu, by April 22nd, 2024. The new receipts will be issued by the end of April 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you for your generous support to the PTA and the school. Dear Parents,

Thank you for supporting IBSH/NEHS via the PTA's Annual Fundraising Drive. The official receipt was issued by the end of March 2024 and given to your child to take home on March 29th. Please understand that due to the system setting, you will get more than one receipt if you choose to donate to both "IBSH and School-wide" and "Designated Purpose." If you have any questions about this Fundraising Drive, please get in touch with the School Secretary, Ms. Ho.
