Det-Cpl. Fowler has 27 years of experience as a law enforcement officer in Massachusetts, Maine, and Canada.  Det-Cpl. Fowler is currently a Corporal in the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit and a Senior analyst on the Evidence Response Team.  Det-Cpl. Fowler is certified by the IAI as a Senior Crime Scene Analyst, a Bloodstain Pattern Analyst, a Shooting Event Reconstructionist, and a FARO instructor and operator.
