Video is being blocked by the district filter. If you see the error as shown in the image to the right, then your video is being blocked by the district filter.
To submit a video to be unblocked by the filter, do the following.
Watch the video in its entirety and can attest that no objectionable content will be found in the videos.
Send an email to webfilter@nebo.edu with the web address of the video and stating that you watched the video in its entirety and can attest that no objectionable content will be found in the videos.
Webfilter will review your submission within 24-48 hours. If approved, your video will be unblocked within 24 hours.
Another recent issue is that the video owner on YouTube has set their video to not be able to be embedded into other platforms, such as Nearpod or Google Slides.
The best solution, for now, would be to either find a different video or to simply link to your video without embedding it.
For a Chromebook, checking for updates solves most issues.
On a desktop, check for updates for the Chrome browser. If you are not using Chrome, try using Chrome. To update your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the top right corner-->Settings-->About Chrome OS on the left-->Check for Updates
If you have the latest version of Chrome and your video is not playing, try a different browser like Firefox.
