Why Can't My Students See the Course or an Assignment?

Course Not Showing for Students
1. Check to see if you course is published
Open your course in Canvas, look in the upper right corner of the course view.
If "Unpulished" is red, click Publish.
2. Student does not have the course marked as a favorite.
Assignment Not Showing for Students
1. Check if the assignment is published
Open the assignment or module view, click the circle with a slash on the right side of the listed assignment. You will get check mark in a green circle. If you have a green circle go to step 2.
2. Check if the assignment is in an unpublished module
Go to module view and look for the assignment in a module. Check to see if the module has a checkmark in a green circle.
