What’s new:

• • Enjoy the improved look & feel of the tree views

  • Easily check the object's annotation and life cycle stage by hovering over the object in the tree view

  • Already connected your model to an environment before? Then you will not be bothered with the select environment dialog

  • Want to delete all Neanex Connector data from your model? Use the new Disconnect from Environment button in the Environment Details dialog

    • A newly created topic will now show up in the assignee's TO DO column on his personal or team Kanban board

    • You now have access to the following topic filter presets:

    • Add a new viewpoint to an existing topic by using the add viewpoint function

    • A viewpoint thumbnail will now be shown in the overview table when a topic has one or more viewpoints attached to it

    • Double click the viewpoint thumbnail to recreate the viewpoint in your model

    • Easily check the topic type with the new topic type icons

    • Show/hide columns or change the order in which they are displayed and save your settings per filter preset

    • We have added some new functionalities to the Create Topic dialog:

      • Directly assign a person or team who should be responsible for the topic you are creating

      • Assign up to three persons to review the topic when it is finished

      • Use the editing tools to annotate the viewpoint thumbnail

  • Added:

    • New Connect by Code features are now available in Navisworks:

      • Choose between the object Name and Code

      • You can now define the Connect by Code search by selecting different comparison operations (equals, starts with, contains or similar). Limiting the search to e.q. equals only will improve the search time drastically.

• • • You are presented with a brand new dialog for specifying the document details (title, description and document type) or to select an existing document when you open the Neanex Connector in a new CAD file for the first time

    • Specify a topic type (Action, Note or Question) from a drop down list when you create a new topic

    • Your viewpoint data is automatically stored when you create a topic

    • Press the Show Viewpoint button to recreate a viewpoint from a selected topic

  • Left/right mouse click behaviour is now consistent across all CAD applications and modules (objects, interfaces and collaboration):

    • Left mouse click to display object detail view

    • Double left mouse click to display object detail view and select/highlight connected CAD object(s)

    • Single right mouse click to display object detailview and open the context menu

  • ibcGUID parameter is now used in all CAD applications to store connection data

  • When creating a topic, the selected object is now remembered

Neanex Connector for Revit

      • Use the Elements & Rooms function to automatically create 'is located in' relations based on the Room Calculation Point

Neanex Connector for Navisworks

  • Send an image of a resolved clash to the database to show your colleagues how it is solved

    • Your existing connections are now automatically updated to use the new ibcGUID parameter when you open an older Navisworks file
