In this section, discover the User Interface of neanex' System Engineering tool
Look & Feel
The interface is divided into three areas: top, left; right (same display throughout the tool):
Top of the screen: A ribbon showing colored Buttons enabling the user to navigate from one module to another.
Left area: An overview screen displaying general information related to the selected module
Right area: A detail screen showing information related to the item selected in the left area
Follow this process to efficiently navigate in Relatics:
1. Select the appropriate module from the ribbon (top of the screen)
2. Select a topic within this module (left screen)
3. Navigate through the detailed information related to the selected topic (right screen)
Furthermore, quick access links are available at two different places:
In the left area, above the overview screen (menu shortcuts)
In the ribbon, the module buttons display a drop down list (when the cursor is on the button)
User rights
As it is not necessary/useful for every user to have access to the entirety of the data stored on Relatics, users have specific rights to view/modify data depending on their role in the project. (Please contact your system administrator in order to adapt your access)

To move from cell to cell, from table to table
Similar, but in opposite direction
To move from cell to cell within one table
To select the complete table row
To instantly go to the last column
Similar to CTRL + click as covered in the previous section
To search a page
Edit
CTRL + F To search a page
CTRL + C To copy a value
CTRL + V To paste a value
ENTER or F2 To start/end editing.
SHIFT + ENTER To insert a new line in the same entry field.
Space To select/deselect in a selection pop up.
SHIFT + DEL To unselect/delete without the intervention of a confirmation dialog.
Refresh
The following shortcuts for the right mouse option “Refresh” are available:
F5: Refresh screen
Double click header A double click on the header refreshes the complete table or tree.
Single click tab A single click on the (active) tab refreshes the complete tab.
