We recommend to always have your browser updated to the latest version for optimal performance of the web application.
The web application can be launched with the following link qr.neanex.com
The first time the web application is opened you need to configure the scanner for a specific project (workspace). You can do this by scanning the configuration code provided on your project's workspace. Contact your system administrator in order to locate the configuration code if you are having trouble finding it.
If you want to use the app for several projects simultaneously, you will have to re-configure the scanner (rescan the configuration code of the targeted workspace) each time you want to check a drawing for a different project.
When the configuration is completed you will see the workspace name displayed on top of the application and a message below the camera window saying that the Configuration was successful. You can now scan project related QR codes.
To scan a QR code you need to aim at the targeted QR code (printed on any paper format or straight from your screen)
When the scan is successful you will instantly get one of the following results based on the documentstatus:
Concept document the document is not yet officially released
Up to date document Currently valid document, most recent officially released document.
Expired document Expired version of a document, contact the responsible person immediately to get an up to date copy.
Unknown document state Unknown document
All known document information is shown beneath the camera window: Name, Version, Workspace, Environment and Scan date.
When you open the web application for the first time you will get a message prompt asking you if you want to add the application to your homescreen. If you do this you can open the web application like any regular application.
You can always do this manually afterwards by navigating to the browser options and select the option Add to homescreen. Results may vary depending on the browser you are using.
