In this section is explained how to create floor plans by room type or by function automatically by selecting a Revit template
First of all, you need to define in Revit a template that meets your requirements. A color legend can be set up as well in order to create colored floorplans by room, name, function
Once the template is set up, click on the "Create Floorplans" button located in the Create tab's ribbon of the iBIM Connector or use the right click menu
Select in the pop-up window :
the elevations for which you want to add a floor plan
the appropriate template
As a result, Revit creates and adds the required floorplans in the project browser
