I am an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Notre Dame, Keough School of Global Affairs.
I received my PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2017 and was a Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
I am a labor economist. I am interested in worker and firm dynamics, as well as development topics. My research uses micro-level data to understand how firms and workers meet, and the determinants of the types of contracts they engage in. I analyze worker and firm interactions, and their impact on aggregate outcomes.
